The two other insane spots during this match (well get to them, we promise) were anticipated, but this one was a complete botch. The Undertaker chokeslammed Foley, the ceiling gave way unexpectedly, and Foley, whose head slammed against the steel chair, was knocked out cold. The impact also dislodged his tooth, which got aspirated into his sinus cavity. When asked about this spot in a subsequent interview, Taker stated what most fans were thinking that night that Foley was dead upon impact. Thankfully, he wasn't, and the match continued.
