This show was pretty much TNA's way of giving GFW some credit without a) immediately initialising a full-scale invasion story and b) making TNA look weak. Yes, GFW scored the most important win of the night, but of the three GFW v TNA matches, TNA won two of them. Whether TNA will allow themselves to be humiliated by GFW if a proper invasion angle takes off will remain to be seen, but both Dixie Carter and Jarrett will need to put their egos aside if they really want this promising rivalry to work in the long run.
