1. Usos Swing And Miss… A Lot

WWE

Every time the Usos wrestle these days, it just begs the question: How the hell were these guys tag team champs eight other times? Have they fallen off that badly?

The World Tag Team Champions battled Alpha Academy in what should have been a no-doubt-about-it title defense, but the brothers got so outclassed by Otis and (mainly) Akira Tozawa that even the fans were seemingly begging for a title change.

Jimmy and Jey whiffed on kicks (including Jey horribly botching a superkick to break up a Caterpillar attempt) and stumbled about (Jimmy messed up taking a backdrop, rotating himself into a pseudo-Samoan Drop), looking lethargic and awkward throughout the match.

Tozawa had himself a night, getting a hit tag and running wild on both Usos before ultimately Otis fell victim to a double spear and a 1D for the champs.

Afterward, the tag champs, asked about WrestleMania, deferred to Jey trying to compete for the Undisputed WWE Championship by entering the Elimination Chamber. It’s bad enough that the Usos had a bad title defense Monday night, but then their focus immediately turned to singles gold. Why are they tag champions again?
