4. Tag Match Turns To ‘Comedy’

In the Burning Questions column, we mused that the tag match between Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn versus Braun Strowman & Bobby Lashley could be a sleeper.

Instead, it was a forehead-slapper.

Rather than have a real tag match, the bout broke down after Braun got the hot tag, with Sami trying to take a walk, only for KO to chase him down and suggest they stay and fight. This led to Sami tossing Kevin into the ring, then Owens returning the favor, only for KO to take the “pin” even though he wasn’t legal. Btw, while this whole saga was going on, Lashley and Strowman just stood there and watched.

And then after the match, Braun and Bobby destroyed the heels because, why the hell not?
