Paige vs. Charlotte should've been a pretty solid bout, but surprisingly it was one of the worst matches on the show, an unexpectedly boring contest which suffered from a crowd that wasn't into it, that terrible barricade spot, a fairly weak ending and most punishingly of all, a wildly overlong 14-minute run-time, making it longer than the main event by a good deal of time. Perhaps it's a testament to how a bad crowd can affect how fans perceive a match, but the bad build, made worse by all the Reid controversy of the last week, did absolutely nothing to help it.
