5 Dream WWE Matches Even Saudi Arabia (Probably) Can't Even Afford

5. The Undertaker Vs. Sting

Okay, WWE has been teasing this recently, pondering what would have happened if The Undertaker jumped ship to WCW and crossed paths with 'The Stinger' back in the nineties. It could all be to whet the audience's appetite for a long overdue encounter between the two icons, funded by the Saudi billionaires.

But that's why this list is called the matches Saudi Arabia (probably) can't afford, and why this entry comes in at number five on the list. Sting has stated previously that The Undertaker is the only superstar he'd desire to step in the squared circle with again, which would finally fulfill the fantasies of many a wrestling fan who grew up in the Monday night wars era and always wondered: what if?

Whether The Undertaker is as keen for the battle to commence is anyone's guess, but even if he does desire the showdown, chances are WWE would never green light it anyway due to Sting's career ending neck injury suffered at the hands of Seth Rollins. It's likely if that accident never occurred, then this face off would have already went down back at WrestleMania 32.

Plenty of athletes have returned from so-called career ending incidents before though, and a stack of Saudi cash may be just the tonic needed that serves as a miracle cure. However, with WWE more strict than ever when it comes to the health and safety of their roster, odds are this one will never see the light of day.
