5 Worst WWE Night Of Champions Win-Loss Records

5. John Cena - 7 Matches, 3 Losses, 1 Draw

One of the comments on the winners post lamented the lack of John Cena, and here is your reason. Surprisingly, Cena has a less than 50% winning record at Night of Champions. It all started off well for the man, defending his WWE Championship in 2007 as part of a Five-Pack Challenge against Bobby Lashley, Mick Foley, King Booker and Randy Orton, but then Cena would go on a three-year losing streak, picking up L's against Triple H, Randy Orton (he was pinned in a triple threat also involving Triple H) and finally being pinned by Wade Barrett (!) in a Six-Pack Challenge for Sheamus' WWE Championship.

Cena has gotten things back on track in his last three appearances however, picking up wins against Brock Lesnar in 2014 (by disqualification) and Aberto Del Rio (2011). Sandwiched in between these two was a controversial match against CM Punk in 2012, which ended in a draw after both mens shoulders were pinned to the mat. The match was for Punk's WWE Championship. By the time Cena is done however, I wouldn't bet on him featuring in a list that involves a less than 50% success rate.
