Braun Strowman, Dakota Kai, Shayna Baszler, Kayden Carter and Katana Chance are officially all free agents now their 90-day non-compete clauses post-WWE release have ended. All 5 workers were let go by Triple H's promotion on 2 May, so they've had to play the waiting game whilst burning through that mandatory 3 month period.

The good news is that all of them can now seek work elsewhere. In truth, they might've been setting things up in the background for a while, but none of them could appear for major companies. Attention will now turn to groups like AEW, TNA and even New Japan - who will end up where, and what will creative have in store for them?

Obviously, WWE's strong working relationship with TNA makes that an enticing proposition for somebody like Kai. She never really hit the heights expected of her on Raw and SmackDown after a solid spell on NXT, so TNA could be a backdoor back into the fed if she chooses to pursue that goal.

Strowman is the most high profile of the new free agents. A former Universal Champion, he was used to elevate Jacob Fatu earlier in the year before being let go. Surely, Tony Khan would be interested in bringing another WWE name into the mix. Or, maybe not. It remains to be seen, but wrestling fans shouldn't rule anything out.

Baszler is a workmanlike performer who'd mesh well with some in All Elite, and the team of Kayden Carter and Katana Chance could bolster Khan's would-be women's tag-team division.

Everyone will just need to wait and see where these wrestlers wind up. Best of luck to all of them!
