Birthplace: Newport, Vermont The Vachon family is a very successful group that has been doing their thing in the business since the early-1950's. Vivian Vachon was one of the best female wrestlers in the world during the 70's, and remains the most successful female Vachon that is related by blood (Luna Vachon is the adopted daughter of "Butcher" Vachon). She would wrestle off-and-on until her untimely death at the hands of a drunk driver in 1991, when she was only 40 years old. A one-time AWA Women's Champion, she held the belt for nearly two years after winning it when she was only 20, which is almost insane to think about these days.
