Aside from the titular Chamber matches themselves, the biggest selling point heading into Elimination Chamber was an in-ring appearance by new signee Ronda Rousey. The 'Rowdy' one has been touted as a major boost to the women's revolution by WWE, and rightfully so.
Even still, there were worries that other women on the roster would be forgotten upon Ronda's arrival. That doesn't seem to be the case; Rousey, to WWE's credit, will take baby steps towards the female titles and work a mixed tag at WrestleMania 34 instead.
On Sunday night, we found out who her tag-team partner at 'Mania is likely to be. Spoiler alert: it's not The Rock.
WWE decided to pivot in different directions with others on the card too. There's hope that another female star will rekindle lost fire by feuding against an old friend, Asuka will take her rightful place as champ, fans will get one of 'Mania's dream matches, and a main event heel turn will keep WWE ticking post-New Orleans...
