This week's Rampage opened with the fallout from a lively Collision main event between Adam Copeland and Vancouver's own Kyle O'Reilly. The Canadian fans adored that match, and rightly so. It was a nifty watch on TV too, but the fun didn't end with Copeland getting his hand raised in victory. After all, AEW had a match between Adam and Malakai Black to set up for Double Or Nothing.

You might not believe what match they've booked those guys in.

Admittedly, a few of the match choices on the 'C' show felt tame, but it wasn't difficult for the likes of Lady Frost, Deonna Purrazzo, Trent Beretta and Dalton Castle to follow a few bum notes from Collision. Plus, the main event between PAC and Johnny TV was well worth your time if you stuck around for the full three hours.

The bad bits of Rampage included some odd formatting (a bit nitpicky that 'Down', in fairness) and a squash that just didn't need to be on the show. Overall though, this was one of the most newsworthy editions of the much-maligned program in a while.

Let's dig into it!
