6. A Cursed WrestleMania Moment
Whatever you think of the Miz, you’ve got to admit that he’s game for just about anything when it comes to entertaining the fans.
Sunday, Miz and Kit Wilson interrupted John Cena while he was announcing the totally real attendance of 55,000-plus. Miz called himself the locker room leader and said he wasn’t leaving without his WrestleMania moment. Cena ceded the ring to the duo, but before Miz could get any farther, Danhausen appeared with a legion of mini-hausens and drove a coffin truck to the ring.
Kit declared that Danhausen was toxic and shoved a mini-hausen to the ground, which led to the minis punching Wilson low and dogpiling him. Miz then ate a Cursed You Can’t See Me and was carried off by the mini-hausens.
As if that wasn’t enough, Danhausen faced off with Cena and told the 17-time world champion that he couldn’t see Danhausen. There was a poof of smoke, but Danhausen was still stationed in the ring. He then scrambled out of the ring and crawled under the ring – all in plain sight of everyone.
It was pure camp and a great, silly moment, even for jaded wrestling fans.
