Best expressed in this fantastic piece for POSTWrestling.com on a series of very specific problems, the issues experienced by assistive tech user Des Delgadillo highlighted how those behind the new WWE Network hadn't really considered the needs of a substantial number of customers with differing needs to the broadest section of their audience.
Though obviously only inconvenient to some, the changes are ultimately completely unacceptable to all as long as they continue to exclude.
Delgadillo lays out multiple changes on both PC and mobile that restrict usage for blind and visually impaired users. More so than any bugs and broken links, these should be Priority One for WWE for the good of fans that require more than just cosmetic change.
