4. Stalking Tall
Famed more for a spot only available on less-than-reputable editions of the show, the Women's title match between Trish Stratus and Mickie James was a pitch-perfect payoff to their excellent storyline before a controversial ad-lib and a dreadfully botched finale.
Countering the Stratusfaction late into a hugely enjoyable effort, Mickie infamously grabbed Trish's genitals and gleefully licked her fingers. Unfortunately, the pair then horifficaly blew Mickie's match-winning bulldog, draining the joy out of a makeshift (and equally atrocious) 'Chick Kick' conclusion.
Both the finger-licking and the flub were understandably edited out of the WWE Network version. It's engaging despite the truncated conclusion, and was a reminder of how successful a women's programme could be with due care to storylines and serviceable performers in the roles.
