6 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (July 30)
3. Video Stars
As well as giving away a mammoth triple threat just weeks ahead of the second biggest pay-per-view of the year (more on that later), the company produced three separate but equally rewarding videos to promote the chaos and carnage each combatant is capable of in their quest to dethrone Brock Lesnar.
Whilst Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe hit the marks and catchphrases whilst laying logical claim to the prize, the show was yet again stolen by the 'Monster Among Men', who truly shines in situations that translate the ridiculous into the utterly sublime.
After (perhaps intentionally) dispelling the futility of conflict resolution through traditional means, Strowman's year-long reign of terror was broadcast over top of his veiled threats. The audio/visual presentation was key in presenting Braun as a man of his word and thus a performer fans could theoretically get behind in the ginormous main event.
With exploded rings, flying stretchers and tipped ambulances all soundtracked by a primal scream wailing his own first name, the clip selection highlighted just how much 'The Monster Among Men' has been gifted over the past several months, but it's been as impressive to see him maximise those minutes.
