6 Ups And 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 14th)

So Roman Reigns finally returned to WWE (more on that later), but he made sure to make sure his big return was all about him standing up to the Authority, and not anyone else. Especially not Dolph Ziggler.

Reigns has been railing against the Authority for what seems like forever, fighting to topple Triple H. However, he€™s not the only one who€™s battled the powers that be. Even if he wins at WrestleMania, he won€™t be the first to beat the Authority. Ziggler eliminated three straight members of Team Authority at Survivor Series 2014 to send Triple H and Stephanie McMahon on a five-week vacation.

Anyway, Ziggler was granted a match against Triple H that if he won, Dolph would get any match he wanted at Mania (minus a world title shot). Ziggler had Triple H on the ropes but ultimately lost clean. Seconds after the match ended, Roman€™s music hit and he emerged, proceeding to beat Triple H from pillar to post.

So, why in the blue hell would Roman wait until after the match to show up? Dolph couldn€™t ruin Reigns€™ match, and if Roman distracted Hunter and cost him the match, it would stick it to the Authority. It was a win-win. Instead, Roman waited.

(Yes, this is somewhat satirical, but the point remains that it made no sense for Roman to wait until after the match to confront Triple H.)
