6. Putting Up With A Lot
Normally, a crowd that chants for CM Punk would be met with criticism, but you cant blame the Brooklyn faithful for getting restless Monday night.
The 15,000-plus in attendance Monday were subjected to boring, safe episode of Raw that saw substandard wrestling, no major developments, and no big surprise appearances unless you count Eva Marie, which is ground for a revolt on its own. So by the time the main event match the six-man tag bout took place, the crowd had lost its patience and started chanting for Punk, RVD and the announcers, while declaring that the match was booty.
Its not something that really is a positive, but youve got to feel for the audience, many who probably thought they would get some big announcement or appearance besides Undertaker and Brock Lesnar, who youd expect on the go-home Raw. And when you instead get Eva Marie and two Authority promos, then youve got to feel for them a little.
