6 Ways WWE Can Book Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match

2. The Queen Retakes Her Throne

Though Charlotte has recently displayed a number of face-like qualities through her alliance of convenience with Becky Lynch and Naomi, rumours suggest that her turn will be short-lived, and she’ll soon return to her heelish ways. This is positive news, as Charlotte has developed into an outstanding villainess over the years, and she’d be fantastic as a sly, calculating briefcase holder.

Charlotte is the kind of athlete you build a division around. She’s not as smooth as Lynch in the ring, but she has an incredibly strong grasp of her character, and has mastered that aspect of her performance. On top of that, last year’s push shows WWE clearly trust her more than anybody else in the division, and she’ll rarely find herself outside the spotlight for as long as she’s around.

If Charlotte doesn’t wrestle Naomi for the title on 18 June, she’ll be an odds-on favourite in the ladder match. Having won the first ever women’s Hell In A Cell match last year, taking the briefcase would be yet another feather in her cap, and enhance her status as the most decorated woman on the roster. A predictable choice? Absolutely, but a strong one too.
