7 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE Extreme Rules 2021
2. Doll House Blues
There's an arguably generous "Up" coming later in this article that will go into a bit of detail on the details that made Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss' Raw Women's Championship match better than it probably had any right to be.
But discussion of the contest can't go without time spent on whatever the f*ck it was that happened at the end. WWE certainly donated what felt like four eternities to it, so what's one entry in an article?!
Flair accepted the warped reality of all this by using then abusing the Lilly doll, but Bliss' act-ting as she sold devastation was excruciating. Going on, and on, and on and on, she'd stare then scream then cry then stare then scream then cry as Kevin Dunn presumably controlled the desk with his left hand and kept an ear out for somebody knocking on the door of the truck.
Rubbish stupid sh*t that undermined something good? In WWE?! It's still child's play for them.
