6. A Case Of The Unexpected

WWE added wrestlers to the Money In The Bank match during its third year in order to try and keep the spark of the clash alive, but bolstered it further with two memorable bumps by unexpected entrants.

Two-time briefcase-holder Edge should have been doing more with his time than farting about in the opener again, but his own unbeaten WrestleMania streak was partially protected for something much bigger the following year.

Hornswoggle (then still a 'Little B*stard') was another special guest, entering in to try and help father Finlay grasp late-career immortality. He was flattened by eventual winner Mr Kennedy who, at that point, looked every bit the star he was pushed as. He'd fall faster and harder than 'Horny' as the year progressed.
