7 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Dynamite (22 Mar - Review)
1. QTV
The joke got no funnier, Powerhouse Hobbs got no more shine and the entire QTV idea got no better as Week Three for the concept (sort of) put over the TNT Champion's title match against Penta.
Low-rent and one-note, that's QTV. Intentionally lame gags between the bunch of people you'd least likely want to be in a room with who just happen to have the ear of the biggest and most dangerous man in the company, it's cornball trash that only gets itself over at the expense of the monster. Insufferable heat is heat, but that's closer to WWE than anything The Outcasts or The Jericho Appreciation Society have ever managed, and "being close to WWE" is the mission statement of both.
Hobbs being done with these useless cretins and decimating the lot of them one day doesn't justify however long it takes to get there, not least because he got into bed with them in the first place.
