In this case, it was Chris Jericho going back into the vault and some rarely used heel tactics that reminded fans exactly why hes the best in the world at what he does.
During his match against Sami Zayn, Y2J took Zayn down and went for a pin, employing a personal favorite, the arrogant cover standing on his opponents chest and flexing while yelling, Cmon baby! Thats never scored a pinfall victory, but its the perfect way to disrespect your opponent. Later, Jericho locked Sami down and yelled repeated to the ref, Ask him! Thats another Lionheart favorite that he doesnt use too often.
Jericho has displayed several nuanced versions of a heel, but bringing back those little mannerisms was a fun moment.
