8 HUGE WWE Hell In A Cell 2022 Predictions You Need To Know

8. Bobby Lashley Vs. Omos & MVP

WWE have managed to make this battle of total beasts boring.

A WrestleMania match between them achieved little for winner Bobby Lashley, other than providing the narrative device that informed MVP's heel turn on the former WWE Champion the next night. A WrestleMania Backlash rematch was marginally better, as was a big bumping Raw cage match, but when the real juice was in Porter taking the kicking rather than Omos, the point of yet another bout disappeared further into the distance.

Perhaps Cedric Alexander will stop celebrating getting the sh*t kicking out of him as if he was still Gary The GOAT Garbutt and help 'The All-Mighty' rather than continuing to help a heel act fundamentally disinterested in what he's got to offer?

There are two matches on this card that have carried over from WrestleMania in the modern tradition of WWE's lazy booking. This is not the one that deserves or warrants its spot. The sooner both guys can move on, the better.

Winner - Bobby Lashley
