Look, the announcers are part hucksters, trying to sell fans on how wonderful the main event is going to be and how much fun were having watching another great episode of Raw. But for the announcers to tell us that this is going to be the best MITB PPV ever is supremely frustrating. Is this looking to be a solid event? Yes. Best ever? Come on.
This goes along with repeatedly calling several matches WrestleMania-worthy, which is another annoying habit suddenly. Its OK to hype matches and a PPV, but its also OK to use positive language without using over-the-top rhetoric. Dial it down a bit, guys.
