7. Adam Rose

Adam Rose's gimmick represented Vince McMahon at his most unhinged.

The maniacal billionaire thought his audience was so monumentally stupid that they'd be interested in a hard partying South African who spoke like Austin Powers and was followed to the ring by a conga line of partygoers in wildly random fancy dress. It made no sense, and fans recoiled at the sight of this gimmick from its main roster debut onwards.

Rose himself was of an average build during his time in WWE's system. He'd had a short run in NXT as an evil hunter, Leo Kruger, that may not have set the world on fire; but that gimmick was as effective as The Undertaker when put next to the bargain basement antics of Adam Rose. 

Rose left WWE in 2016, and hasn't been seen much since, but one scour of Reddit and...WOW. He retired from the ring in 2019, but seems to have taken up a diet of eating steel beams since leaving pro wrestling. He is now built like a wall and has a full-blown beard to go with his all-new hench physique.
