8 Wrestlers Who Left WWE & Got JACKED

4. Al Snow

Al Snow was one of the more notorious members of WWE's roster during the 'Attitude Era'. Coming from the violent landscape of ECW, Snow was able to transfer his skill for reading an audience and become one of the most reliable mid-card wrestlers of that generation. Versatile and adaptable, Snow is still able to earn a living as part of wrestling today because of the quality of his work in the late 90s heading into the new millennium.

Though all of the above is true, he was never known for his build.

Al had the physique of a mid-card wrestler because that's what he was. Fast forward to 2026, and Snow is absolutely massive compared to the frame he carried during the period in which he made his name. With arms like tree trunks, Al is now 63 years old and in bigger shape than ever. No matter what you may think of his commentary on his YouTube channel, Snow continues to teach future generations of wrestlers as the head of the legendary OVW, and he's doing it while being built like a bear.

What does everybody want? Bicep curls, apparently.
