9 Things That Ruined WWE Royal Rumble 2015

3. The Daniel Bryan Debacle

WWE flat out refused to adhere to the cries of its universe by denying Daniel Bryan his long overdue Royal Rumble victory. Daniel Bryan entered the match at #10, and promptly received the biggest reaction of any competitor as he matched up with the man he faced last year, Bray Wyatt. Suddenly, in a mind blowing decision, that documentaries will one day cover, Daniel Bryan was bumped off the apron a mere few minutes later, not even half way through the match. It was almost as if WWE extended two middle fingers to all followers of the Yes Movement, as Bryan lay there stricken with grief. Unsurprisingly, the arena immediately turned on the contest, and chanted Daniel Bryan until the very end. Social media lit up on command with wrestling fans tweeting their displeasure. In the end, this seems to be WWE€™s way of telling us that they make the rules, and the decisions. Still, it will be hard for them to justify this. Bryan is seen as a champion who never lost his title, and for WWE to attempt to break his fans spirit is very questionable. Daniel Bryan is a top-level star, and currently sits outside what seem to be the top 3 projected WrestleMania matches. John Cena vs Rusev, Triple H vs Sting and Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar. Heartbreaking, and ridiculous.
