Capping off a night of mind-melting surprise appearances, Katsuyori Shibata returning to AEW to make the save for newfound friend Orange Cassidy was already hotter than the sun before 'The Wrestler' signed the All Atlantic Champion's Dream Opponent contract and agreed to fight him this Friday on Rampage.

Holy f*ckin' sh*t!

Tony Khan recently said on record that he was looking to try and address some fairly obvious issues with Rampage, but moving the show live (or at least away from the post-Dynamite taping schedule) was only half the job. Cards with matches people actually want to watch made up the crucial other half, and this is an almighty step in the right direction.
