Andrade Has Had ENOUGH Of The Don Callis Family... (AEW News)
Andrade El Idolo let Don Callis and MJF what he thought of them at Forbidden Door.
Andrade El Idolo's time in the Don Callis Family came to a definitive end at last night's AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
In the Team MJF vs. Team Briscoe 12-person steel cage match, there was a moment where MJF was lining up to hit Mark Briscoe with the Dynamite Diamond Ring, and the Salt of the Earth insisted that Andrade be the one to hold Briscoe in place. As Max lined up to take the shot, El Idolo shoved Briscoe out of the way and hit his patented spinning back elbow on Friedman, then kicked Jake Doyle low. Andrade would reveal a t-shirt that had the simple message of "F**K DON F**K MJF" on it, as Mark Briscoe hit the Jay Driller on Doyle for the 1-2-3.

With that win for Team Briscoe, that means that Mark Briscoe has earned himself a shot at MJF's AEW World Championship. Not wasting any time, a backstage post-match interview with Renee Paquette last night saw Chicken confirm he's shooting his shot and having that title match on this week's AEW Dynamite.
As for Andrade El Idolo, he becomes the latest person to leave the Don Callis Family in his dust, following in the footsteps of Konosuke Takeshita last month. Of course, Takeshita was forcefully kicked out of the faction after defeating Kauzchika Okada for the International Championship at Double or Nothing, whereas Andrade has taken a slightly different approach.
