Roman Reigns' ongoing WWE storyline is building towards him formally assembling a stable with The Usos, reports Paul Davis of WrestlingNews.co.

The process began on last week's episode of SmackDown. Having fallen to Reigns for the second successive pay-per-view, Hell In A Cell 2020, Jey Uso finally accepted the Tribal Chief's rule, turned heel, and formally joined forces with the Universal Champion, beating Daniel Bryan down after defeating him in the night's main event.

Davis' sources say that Jey's brother, Jimmy, will eventually join his relatives in a reformed heel Bloodline, though he isn't expected to complete his recovery from a knee injury until December or January. WWE will keep pushing the idea that The Usos are reluctant to join their cousin before going full heel with them too, making a few aesthetic changes in the process, with The Usos set to get new entrance music and start wrestling shirtless.

One source said that the story "is meant to elevate Roman but also bring Jimmy and Jey up to the next level as well."

The storyline is thought to already be planned out for the next few months, with a SmackDown Tag Team Title reign in line for Jimmy and Jey.
