Latest reports circle some fun names to win major matches at WWE Money In The Bank.
WWE sources have disclosed the firm favourites for this weekend's Money In The Bank to WrestleVotes on Fightful Select, and it makes for very interesting reading. Further, those sources also revealed what's highly likely to go on last as the PLE's main event. Again, there could be a surprise in store for some fans there.
At press time, it's either Penta or Bron Breakker who looks set to haul down the men's MITB briefcase and snag a guaranteed WWE or World Title shot in the future. Creative did think about putting Trick Williams over, and he's clearly still in the running, but Penta or Bron are firm favourites.
CM Punk and Kevin Owens "are unlikely winners at this time".
On the women's side, it'll be either Roxanne Perez or Lash Legend who takes the win. Perez would be the top pick amongst most fans, because there's a growing sense that she's been overlooked a bit since joining the main roster - Perez has played second and sometimes even third fiddle to Judgment Day cohorts such as Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight is pencilled in as the show's headliner too. "A brief conversation" took place creatively about sticking the men's ladder match on last instead, but WWE eventually went with the World Heavyweight Championship clash as MITB's main event.
As always, the card is subject to change on these things, and WWE has been known to alter booking plans on the fly. So, don't be too shocked if there are some twists and turns along the way!
