Backstage WWE Update On Lars Sullivan's Latest Controversy
The Freak has again gotten himself into hot water.
In a follow-up to today’s earlier story of Lars Sullivan getting himself in further hot water, it looks as if The Freak has few supporters in the WWE locker room.
As reported earlier, Sullivan sent inappropriate messages to married yoga teacher Annika Naidoo-Fuge. Now, according to the ever reliable WrestleVotes, Sullivan doesn’t have too many fans behind the scenes in WWE.
By all accounts, it seems that Vince McMahon is a huge supporter of Lars Sullivan. And let’s face it, if Vince is behind you then you’re pretty much untouchable.
Still, Sullivan is no stranger to controversy. Way before he was sending suggestive messages to people online, Sullivan had made a whole host of outrageous comments – including targeting Stephanie McMahon.
After over a year out with a knee injury, Lars made his big return to WWE TV on this past Friday’s SmackDown and is now classed as a free agent to be drafted to either Raw or SmackDown later this evening.
Whether this latest controversy impacts Sullivan’s career remains to be seen, but having Vince McMahon in his corner is clearly going to mean Lars is a little more protected than most.
