It looks for all the world like Big Cass will return to WWE screens on the 3 August episode of flagship show Raw. A teaser aired on this past Monday's episode hyping the ex-AEW star's imminent comeback - that's been rumoured for a while, even before his contract lapsed over on Tony Khan's side.

Interestingly though, one Enzo Amore was notably absent from the hype.

The Wrestling Observer's own write up still expects Enzo to join Cass on this comeback tour. So, anyone fearing they might miss out on the yapping chihuahua style promos Amore cuts (complete with memorable catchphrases aplenty) shouldn't fret too much. He's likely to join up with his giant partner ASAP.

People are only putting 2+2 together when analysing the "8/3" date in the vid. It makes sense to believe that Cass is incoming shortly after SummerSlam on 1-2 August though. He finished up with All Elite last month, and last wrestled a match for the company on the 30 April edition of ROH (taped on 6 April in Jacksonville, Florida).

Cass's last WWE match came way back in 2018. There, he lost to Daniel Bryan at Money In The Bank on 17 June that year. Various personal problems contributed to Vince McMahon parting ways with the then-heel. Since then, Cass has done a lot of reflecting, and he's worked hard to bounce back. That'll be rewarded during this WWE reprieve.

So, prepare for a monster pop post-SummerSlam. The tag ranks are about to explode, and you can't teach that. Sorry!
