Something is going on regarding Charlotte Flair's WrestleMania 37 status - and WWE is seemingly trying to keep it a secret.
Speaking on today's episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that people within WWE have been avoiding his enquiries on the matter.
The situation apparently has nothing to do with the Walking Tall remake Charlotte is set to star in, as that wouldn't be hidden, but something different that WWE are trying to keep a secret.
This report comes just a few days after Charlotte was removed from the latest set of WrestleMania 37 promotional materials, having featured prominently in previous graphics. The 12-time Women's Champion had been linked to a 'Mania tilt with Lacey Evans prior to Evans' pregnancy.
It should be stressed that there is currently no indication that this has anything to do with the departure of Flair's real-life fiancée, Andrade, from WWE.
The 1 March episode of Raw saw Charlotte challenge Asuka to a Raw Women's Championship match at WrestleMania. This may now be off the cards, particularly with The Empress of Tomorrow continuing her feud with Shayna Baszler on last week's show, having returned from a concussion.
