WWE star Chelsea Green has posted via Instagram to alert fans that she recent had a 3-hour operation to correct her irregular heartbeat. Green had what's known as SVT (supraventricular tachycardia), which is also commonly known as arrhythmia. She'd been suffering through it for approx 10 years before doctors figured out what was wrong and moved to fix the issue.

That's some wait, but Green (as ever) is looking on the bright side. She told wrestling fans following her socials that she's keen to heal up and move on from that chapter of her life. On Insta, Chelsea posted a pic of her and husband Matt Cardona smiling in hospital.

Whilst reporting the story, The Wrestling Observer included some more details about exactly what SVT entails. They cited the Mayo Clinic as a source, but said: "It’s a very fast or erratic heartbeat that affects the heart’s upper chambers. SVT also is called paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia".

Obviously, this doesn't sound very fun, but the most important thing is that Green is on the road to recovery and can get back inside the ring/on with her life ASAP. Of course, Chelsea has also been battling a nasty ankle injury that has kept her sidelined.

In lieu of actually working matches, Green still appeared on television in a wheelchair and was pushed about by the recently-released Alba Fyre. On last Friday's edition of SmackDown, Chelsea revealed that she'd made a miraculous recovery by leaping out of the chair so she could follow new Women's United States Champion Tiffany Stratton.

An odd couple dynamic may be inbound for both women.
