What was she doing at the time?

Kaitlyn lost to Tamina Snuka on the fifth edition of the black-and-gold NXT, but defeat on a developmental brand wasn't particularly indicative of her run at the time. The two of them did the dance on every branch of the WWE tree, gaining little in particular until fellow game show-era survivor AJ Lee got hold of Divas gold. Until the makings of a revolution in 2014, matches between former friends and "Chickbusters" partners were amongst the best the company had ever promoted. 

What is she doing now?

Kaitlyn's run fizzled just before women's wrestling itself was at long last focussed upon in WWE, with her exit in 2014 coming just shy of a year before the influence of NXT's Four Horsewomen. Moving into projects beyond wrestling altogether, her appearances between the ropes were scant in the years that followed, save for a surprising victory in the first round of the 2018 Mae Young Classic before falling to Mia Yim in the second stage.
