Ex-WWE Star Says Karrion Kross' Raw Outfit Was Pitched For Him
Other WWE stars almost wore that Demolition-style costume before Raw's Karrion Kross.
Former WWE man Erick Rowan has told the 'Chair Shot To The Cranium' podcast that he recognises the gear worn by Karrion Kross every week on Raw.
The bearded behemoth told interviewers that the S&M-style outfit was once pitched for both he and Luke Harper (the sadly-deceased Brodie Lee) when they teamed together as The Bludgeon Brothers. Most readers won't be surprised to learn that Rowan and Harper were horrified by WWE's suggestion and turned it down flat.
Vince McMahon tried to sway them on the updated Demolition look, but neither Bludgeon Bro was having any of it. So, WWE sat on the attire for a while before finally gifting it to Mr. Kross after calling him up to Raw from NXT.
Rowan said Karrion's new gear is "almost exactly" what he was presented with back in 2017. Harper had previously spoken about this on Chris Jericho's 'Talk Is Jericho' show early-last year too, but nobody knew back then that WWE still planned to use the outfits.
Kross was the "lucky" guy who just so happened to be in the right place at the right/wrong time.
