Santana and Ortiz are back together in AEW, having returned on last night's episode of Dynamite - and found a position on the All In card in the process.

The duo has been added to the Stadium Stampede match on the Blackpool Combat Club's side. Originally a six-on-six match pitting the BCC and three mystery partners against Best Friends, Orange Cassidy, Eddie Kingston, and the Lucha Brothers, things changed this week, when Rey Fenix had to be pulled due to travel issues.

AEW addressed this on Dynamite, with the BCC stretchering Rey. Santana and Ortiz's involvement came when they turned on Kingston in the wild brawl that followed Fenix vs. Jon Moxley, aligning with the BCC, and effectively turning Stadium Stampede into a five-on five.

It was reported last year that Santana and Ortiz, who'd been a tag team since 2011, had fallen out behind the scenes, hence their lack of tag activity after February 2022. Three months later, Santana suffered a torn ACL while competing in Blood & Guts.

Rumours that Santana and Ortiz had patched up their personal issues started swirling earlier this month. Recently, Fightful Select reported that Santana had been cleared to return for the first time in over a year.
