For the first time ever, the IMPACT World Championship will be defended at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida - the home of All Elite Wrestling.

The announcement came on last night's IMPACT broadcast on AXS TV, with Scott D'Amore and Tony Khan dropping the news to Don Callis. Kenny Omega, the defending champion, will face Moose, who earned his number one contender's spot back at Under Siege on 15 May.

Omega, also the current AEW World Champion and AAA Mega Champion, has held the IMPACT strap since besting Rich Swann in a title vs. title bout at Rebellion this past April, with Kenny's AEW strap also on the line. This will, however, mark his first title defence.

Whoever leaves Against All Odds will then head into Slammiversary on 17 July to defend the title against Sami Callihan, with D'Amore, Khan, and Callis all agreeing that Against All Odds' bout should be kept a one-on-one clash.

For what it's worth, Moose's IMPACT contract is set to expire this month, with 'The Wrestling God' reportedly yet to renew his deal. Teases to jump to both AEW and NXT have been made by the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Regardless, he aims to lift the IMPACT title from the AEW EVP.
