Last night's Raw saw a Je'Von Evans vs. El Grande Americano match stopped early after the Young OG was deemed unable to compete and was helped to the back by WWE medical staff.

This was Je'Von's second match as an official member of the Raw roster, and some feared that it may have been a shoulder or some sort of arm injury that forced the match to be called off. However, PWInsider notes that the real reason this contest was stopped was over a concussion fear for Evans. This report adds that the 21-year-old was assessed backstage for a possible concussion, and he was allowed to leave Belfast, Northern Ireland - the location of last night's Raw - to travel with the rest of the roster as they wrap up their European tour.

PWInsider adds that it can't 100% be ruled out that Je'Von Evans suffered a concussion, but it appears that he didn't. Additionally, Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp said that "it sounds like" Je'Von is "okay," and the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer stated that Evans is "said to be fine and flying home."

So, by all accounts, it sounds like Je'Von is okay, and last night was simply a bit of a scare, for which the hugely promising high-flyer was checked out and given the all clear. As mentioned, that El Grande Americano match was Evans' second bout as an official part of the Raw roster, with him being called up from NXT during the 5 January episode for WWE's red brand.
