John Cena reveals new bald look as part of FUE treatment.
Taking to social media, John Cena has revealed a new bald look as part of the WWE icon completing a second round of FUE treatment.
Taking to Facebook and X, the record-setting 17-time WWE World Champion posted the below image with the caption: "Round 2 of FUE Treatment and this time I went all in for best possible results. Thank you Ken Anderson and the staff at Anderson Center for Hair for accompanying me on this journey!"
FUE stands for Follicular Unit Extraction, and this is the second time John Cena has undergone this process, with him previously noting how his first batch of FUE treatment was in November 2024.
Speaking to People last year, Cena explained that he saw various fan signs about his bald spot, which led him to exploring his options. As he put it, "if there wasn't so much shame around it, I'd have gotten it done 10 years ago," and noted that having a full head of hair gives him more options to expand his range when it comes to his acting roles.
For the FUE procedure, Big Match John detailed how the process moves individual hairs from one area of the body to another, adding that the treatment has "completely changed the course of my life."
Of course, John Cena formally retired from the ring at the end of 2025, wrapping up his legendary career at a special edition of Saturday Night's Main Event in December, where he tapped out to Gunther.
