Kenny Omega's Impact Wrestling Return Date Confirmed
The AEW World Champion returns to Impact ahead of his title showdown at Rebellion.
Kenny Omega will be back on Impact Wrestling programming this coming Tuesday, 23 March.
It comes following the news of his AEW World Championship defence against Rich Swann, who'll be defending the Unified Impact World Championship in the same match, at the Rebellion pay-per-view on 24 April. Imapct confirmed the news on their Twitter account.
'The Best Bout Machine' debuted for Impact the week after winning the AEW championship from Jon Moxley on the Winter Is Coming special edition of Dynamite, appearing in a handful of segments on his tour bus with Don Callis and later, The Good Brothers. His in-ring debut came at the Hard To Kill pay-per-view on 16 January, as he, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson defeated Swann, Moose, and Chris Sabin.
Omega will be flanked by Callis this Tuesday. Dubbed 'The Invisible Hand', the Impact EVP has played a pivotal role in developing not only the relationship between Impact and AEW, but the Omega vs. Swann rivalry as well. He was on this week's Impact on AXS TV, confronting Rich Swann ahead of Rebellion.
No word yet on what exactly Omega will be doing on the show yet, but stay tuned for more details as and when they arrive.
