The Wrestling Observer is reporting that both Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez are in "concussion protocol" following a nasty head smash on Monday's episode of Raw. The Judgment Day pair were having a brief heart to heart behind the scenes on WWE's flagship when Stephanie Vaquer rushed in and blasted Liv from behind.

That knocked the 2026 women's Royal Rumble winner into Perez. Above, you can see a still from Raw that shows Roxanne holding her head right after the incident. No wonder! That had to hurt. Morgan visibly head-butted her stablemate (accidentally, of course) hard as they fell to the floor.

Bryan Alvarez is now wondering whether or not this will have dire consequences for the planned Women's World Title bout between Vaquer and Morgan at WrestleMania 42 later this month. Hopefully not - it'd be an absolute disaster for Triple H and his creative team if one of the division's top matches had to be scrapped or changed due to injury at this late juncture.

Of course, Roxanne had only returned to television last week after having a benign growth removed. She'll be keen to get going again and put that behind her, so a possible concussion is the last thing Perez needs. The same goes for Liv, because she has 'Mania dreams dancing in her head. Well, alongside some stars after this horrible collision.

WWE teased a bit of friction between Morgan and Perez before Vaquer's attack ended their discussion. They weren't outright arguing, but something is brewing there. Fingers crossed that both make a full recovery and booking is unaffected.
