Jay Lethal may not be the last Ring Of Honor wrestler to end up signing for All Elite Wrestling.

This is according to Dave Meltzer, who stated on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio that a number of ROH wrestlers are likely on their way to Tony Khan's promotion following this past weekend's Final Battle event.

Final Battle was ROH's last pay-per-view before embarking on what the Sinclair-helmed group claims will be a four-month hiatus. This move was announced back in October, with ROH releasing all contracted wrestlers as part of it, freeing performers to work elsewhere immediately (though some will remain contracted to the company, with pay, until March 2022).

Jay Lethal became the first ROH wrestler to officially sign with AEW. Appearing at Full Gear 2021 last month, Lethal wrestled TNT Champion Sammy Guevara on the following week's episode of AEW Dynamite. In addition, current ROH Pure Champion Josh Woods wrestled on the company's last set of Dark tapings.

New ROH Champion Jonathan Gresham and company stalwarts Matt Taven and The Briscoe Brothers have all been backstage at recent AEW Dynamite tapings. The Briscoes were accosted by AEW's FTR at Final Battle, hinting at a future match between the two teams.
