3. The Crowd Liked Adam Cole
Judging by the sheer number of ADAM COLE, BAY BAY shouts (a high percentage of which were shouted directly into my earhole by a child with a wonderfully shrill voice, THANKS jetlag), Adam Cole was a big favourite before the main event.
It even looked like he was destined to win...
He was a big favourite during the match too, with fans legitmately booing Gargano simply because he wasn't Adam Cole.
But the most impressive thing about the entire night was the fact that he turned it round. Sure, lots of people wanted Cole to win still, but the ending was so perfectly executed that it gave Gargano the opportunity to pull back. And that in itself is very, VERY impressive.
In short, they both came out of the match very well...
