Roman Reigns will likely face one of two men at WrestleMania 37, reports Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer.

The first is Daniel Bryan, who recently defeated Reigns' closest ally, Jey Uso, on SmackDown, highlighting him as a potential contender. October saw Bryan written off television following a brutal assault by Uso at Reigns' behest, giving him an underlying beef with the current Universal Champion that means a Royal Rumble win wouldn't necessarily be required to pull the trigger on the feud at WrestleMania.

Goldberg is the other option. The WCW legend has needled Reigns in the media several times over the past few months, calling him a "joke" back in August before reviving their issues on WWE's The Bump in December. The duo were originally set to face each other at WrestleMania 36 and indulged in a number of suitably intense confrontations heading into the event, though plans were changed when Reigns elected to protect his family by staying at home through the global health crisis' early stages.

Goldberg ended up facing Braun Strowman instead, dropping the Universal Championship in under five minutes. The 54-year-old hasn't wrestled since then.
