10. Jeff Jarrett Vs. Razor Ramon (WrestleMania 11)
Scott Hall was legitimately annoyed with this match, but not for reasons of quality or opponent. By early 1995, he'd been promised a WrestleMania match with Undertaker, and a heel turn to go with it. Instead, Vince McMahon had reneged on the plan, and Razor had to settle for another kick at the Jarrett can. The match is a fine psychological battle built around Jarrett working Razor's leg, while 123 Kid tries to ward off interference from The Roadie. The match does end with a DQ win for Razor, and a wild melee afterward (in which Kid busts out the first ever crotch chops on WWE TV), all of which overshadowed a more than serviceable match on a show that needed good wrestling.
