8. Chris Benoit vs. The Undertaker (Rebellion 2000)
Dubbed a 'Special Challenge Match', The Undertaker vs. Chris Benoit was certainly that. The pair didn't really collide all that often over the years, even though they were both regularly part of the roster on the Smackdown brand. This makes their match at the Rebellion 2000 show all the sweeter to reflect on, because it's quite the rare encounter. Due to the circumstance surrounding the end of his life, WWE aren't too hot on talking about Chris Benoit. Further to that point, the Rebellion series of events isn't discussed much either, making this a real find for the newer fan. In the co-main event slot, Undertaker squared off with Benoit and they constructed one of the least-heralded classics in modern wrestling history. Joining the WWF at the turn of the year, Benoit had worked his way up the ladder. He was perfect for The Undertaker, who worked excellently with smaller, more workmanlike performers. That proved to be the case during this one, and the match went around 12 minutes or so. The Undertaker did get the win, but the Sheffield Arena witnessed a real unique bout in November, 2000.
