WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that the graphics department behind the scenes at WWE isn't happy with management. Originally, designers were told to go with a "high end, classy vibe". Fans tuning into shows like Raw and SmackDown saw that during vignettes involving both the men's and women's rosters.

Triple H and Paul Heyman standing over a casino table littered with top names? Top female stars running the same pose? All of that was supposed to give the Las Vegas spectacular that "high end" look, but things have been tweaked in recent weeks/months.

A quick look at WWE's official site for 'Mania 42 reveals the shift. Graphics for some major matches such as CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns are remarkably different to those used for others. Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton and Stephanie Vaquer vs. Liv Morgan, for example, both use a separate colour scheme and overall look.

Sources told WrestleVotes on Fightful that actual direction for what WrestleMania 42 is supposed to look like "has never been clear" or obvious to those tasked with working on graphics for the event. The presentation style has morphed and changed depending on which day of the week it is, and that has led to some frustration amongst staff.

Perhaps the most surprising thing here is that WWE typically decides on a clear look for 'Mania in advance. The fact they've been changing their minds on it so frequently feeds into concurrent reports about how disorganised and chaotic things have been on the creative side too.
