Are you one of the many WWE fans who grew tired of the sight of Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns facing each other in 2018? Then you may be out of luck.

Dave Meltzer writes in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that another bout between Lesnar and Reigns is "on the table" as a future WrestleMania match. This won't be going down at WrestleMania 37, where 'The Head of the Table' is currently expected to defend the Universal Title against Royal Rumble winner edge, though it's something the company has in mind for the future.

Paul Heyman would be the obvious storyline connection here. With Lesnar opting to sit out during the global health crisis, Paul E. has aligned himself with his rival, Reigns, whom he managed to a Universal Title victory at SummerSlam 2020. Roman has ruled SmackDown ever since.

Lesnar and Reigns matches at WrestleMania 34, the Greatest Royal Rumble, and SummerSlam '18 weren't met with positive responses, as 'The Big Dog' continued struggling to connect as a failed babyface. Prior to that, they worked a blistering encounter ahead of Seth Rollins' Money in the Bank cash-in at 'Mania 31.
